Jacob Martin has officially signed a two-year contract with the Tennessee Titans, valued at up to $11 million. This move comes after his recent tenure with the Washington Commanders, where he recorded a career-high 5.5 sacks last season.
Martin, a sixth-round pick in the 2018 NFL Draft by the Seattle Seahawks, has had a diverse NFL career, playing for eight different teams. Over his career, he has accumulated a total of 138 tackles and 26.5 sacks, showcasing his ability as a versatile edge rusher.
Last season, Martin not only achieved a personal best in sacks but also recorded 18 quarterback hits, indicating his effectiveness in pressuring opposing quarterbacks.
