Chipotle’s popular Burrito Vault: Double Protein Edition game has returned for its third year, launching on March 30, 2026, and running until April 1. This year, the game introduces a new gameplay mode called Double Protein Power Hour, significantly enhancing the excitement for players.
With more than $2 million in prizes available for Chipotle Rewards members, the stakes are high. Participants can win enticing rewards, including free burritos for a year, buy-one-get-one (BOGO) entrees, and double protein rewards. Last year, the game saw a staggering 3.5 million plays, showcasing its immense popularity and engagement among fans.
During the game, players have four attempts each hour to guess the exact burrito order combination. The vault code resets every hour, providing fresh opportunities to win. Notably, during the Double Protein Power Hour, the number of prizes doubles, and all rewards include double protein, catering to the growing consumer demand for protein-rich meals.
On April 2, 2026, coinciding with National Burrito Day, Chipotle will also offer a $0 delivery fee on digital orders, further enticing fans to celebrate the occasion. Chipotle Rewards members earn 10 points for every dollar spent, making participation in the game even more rewarding.

Each hour during regular gameplay, 3,600 BOGO entrees and 2,000 double protein rewards are awarded, while during the Double Protein Power Hour, the numbers soar to 7,200 and 4,000, respectively. Players can win a maximum of one BOGO entrée or double protein burrito during the campaign.
